Sarah Herman, DDS
Dr. Herman, a Caledonia native, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota (and played basketball for the Golden Gophers). She then attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation in 2002, she purchased her dental practice from Dr. George Frisch.
Dr. Herman takes pride in doing her best for her patients and team and calling them her friends. Each person represents a vital part of her community, and she feels they are like family.

Our Hygienist
Danielle Rasmussen
Danielle received her hygiene degree from Rochester Technical College. She has been apart of our team since 2012. Her specialty is patient education and assisting patients in developing an efficient plan to keep their teeth and gums healthy. Danielle sincerely cares about patient comfort and relaxation while they are in her chair.
Danielle, her husband Josh and three children live in Rushford, Minnesota.

1-3 days per week, YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT! Friendly, up-to-date office looking for an energetic, conscientious hygienist who wants to work in a practice where their skills are appreciated. You must be a team player, willing to help assistants and administrative staff, and be active and willing to help with patient education and co-diagnosis. Our Assistants
Rachel Reiser
Rachel joined our team in 2013 after receiving an associate degree from Rochester Community and Technical College in dental assisting. She finds that every day brings a new and stimulating challenge. With her caring personality and gentle touch she will make you feel at ease as she assists Dr. Herman chair-side.
Rachel, her husband Mitch and two sons and daughter reside in Caledonia, Minnesota.
Melissa Schuldt
Melissa received her Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Cloud State University. She joined our team in 2015 after moving back to her husband's hometown of Caledonia. She will greet you at the front counter, assists chair-side and does everything in between. She will make sure you are relaxed and comfortable from the beginning of your time here until the end.
Melissa, her husband Matt and two children reside in Caledonia, Minnesota.

Becky Klankowski
Becky joined the front desk team in 2021. She is here to help with any scheduling and insurance questions.
Becky resides in La Crescent, MN.
